DAIB Group is a real estate acquisition, investment and management group. Founded in 2006, our vision is to become a company that provides affordable, eco-friendly and reliable properties.
Thinking differently about our use of resources we
implemented a plan to help educate, save and rebuild our
communities. DAIB is dedicated to the community
service in our neighborhoods, schools, etc.
DAIB Group plans to provide time, financial resources, and most importantly, our compassion in recognizing community needs and advocating for lasting solutions. Believing strongly in this noble program, we must reinvest in our communities where we live in order to create a healthy environment and better living conditions.

We are devoted to solving environmental and energy conservation problems. It is our mission to service our communities by converting vacant, run down houses into affordable energy efficient housing. This in return will reduce the effects of global warming, promote resource-efficient construction projects, and reduce home energy consumption.
